For those of you who purchased a Mahiscan but did not attend the Reunion, you should be receiving yours by regular mail within one to two weeks.  If you do not receive yours, please email Ann Perrotta Hall at ahall@hoffmanpartners.com. 

Last minute reminder about the MHS Tour:

It starts at 12:30, so be there at 12:15.  We're meeting on the Post Road side, in the parking lot.  Our guide will meet us under the green awning of the wing just to the left of the stairs going up to the upper level. The tour will take about an hour.

Some of you have noticed the sudden appearance of senior pictures... Yes, we are adding these to the website in preparation for the MAHISCAN and the nametags for the events.  The Profile section allows you to upload only two photos, Then and Now...so to those of you who have uploaded photos of your beautiful and handsome young selves...sorry for the replacement here, but we will include them in the book, and in other areas on the website.

To keep the reunion MAHISCAN costs reasonable, the bio sections and Early Years section in the book will most likely be black and white. We're planning to put in a section of more recent photos in color.  

Most of the content for the book comes from the website and/or from you directly via email.  Thus, the website and the book will be heavy on those of you who have participated in our 50th Reunion adventure. To everyone else--if you wish to add your address and other info, a photo or bio to the website, please do. If we can't get it in the book, perhaps a supplement...

The MAHISCAN will include a directory separate from the Profiles pages. 

The MHS Tour is set for 12:30 on Saturday October 17.  The Tour Guide will meet you at 12:15 at the building off the Post Road parking lot, under the green awning of the wing just to the left of the stairs going up to the upper level. The tour will take about an hour. 

We are working on finalizng the tour plans. Although the high school no longer offers this service, we are working with Mike Chiapparelli, the baseball/hockey coach, who has provided tours for other classes for many years, and has offered to help us.

Our plan is for the tour to start at 12:30 noon on Saturday, October 17. We will post more information as soon as it becomes available. If you are interested, please go to the Events page and sign up. The tour is free; our hope is to be able to make a donation to the school after the reunion.

We, the committee, are so looking forward to seeing everyone!

 The Reunion MAHISCAN will be ready to go to the printer's very soon.  Which means we need to know how many to print. So if you haven't yet, please order your books here by selecting the 2015 MAHISCAN link to the left.  

And we're still accepting bios...from all of you, whether you are attending or not!

About the bios:  We don’t love that word—bio—but it’s easy to type (and it’s what the Profile form uses).  What we want for the book is your message—about what you’ve done (or not), what keeps you busy now, adventures you’ve had.  Tell us about your family—mate, kids and grandkids (and great grandkids), pets.  Describe the things you do for the pure joy of it, things you’ve learned, things you do to pay it forward.  Give us a list, wax poetic, write an essay, or create haiku.   Whatever suits you.  And send pix, too!

And please get it in ASAP--like by Labor Day!

We're getting so close to the big event and it’s almost time to put the final touches on the Reunion MAHISAN 2015.  We want to be sure that the book is full of memories and pictures and is as rich as it can be.  And the only way we can do that is with your participation. It's your book--help make it great.  Open your profile here on the website and type in or upload your bio. Or send it in an email to laurenone@aol.com.

Some of you have asked how to do your bio--what do we expect. Well, there is no "right" format or required length. (Didn't we leave all that stuff behind fifty years ago??!!)  Just put something in your own words--and your own style. Make it short and sweet--or long and rambling.  Tell us about yourself--what you've been doing since we last heard from you: Education, work, marriages, significant relationships, kids, stepkids, grandkids, great grandkids, trips, hobbies, avocations, highlights, ups and downs, highs and lows, major life changes--anything you want to share about your life. Put it in outline form or write an essay--whatever suits you. And include photos.  Just do it now while you're here!
